  18. What overhead is this?  The libraries add functionality, there is (to the
  19. best of my understanding) nothing in a library that executes unless one
  20. of the functions in the library is invoked, in which case you would want
  21. it to execute...  Maybe your definition of "overhead" is different from
  22. mine?
